Case happen when Brown and Rihanna got into a domestic dispute when the “Umbrella” songstress read a lengthy sms text message from another woman on Chris’ phone.

Brown tried to push Rihanna out of the Lamborghini they were in, causing her to hit her head against the passenger window.  He punched her and causing Rihanna mouth to fill up with blood.

Now chris going to court after shouted, “You just did the stupidest thing ever.  I’m going to kill you.” to RIhanna on that time.

the “Kiss Kiss” singer was charged with two felonies (assault by means likely to create great bodily injury) during Los Angeles court proceedings on March 5 2009, further proceedings have now been postponed until April 6.
